WEEK 6

After last week's presentation, we realised that we needed to get more sponsorship still so I decided to go ahead and email more furniture suppliers and sending the sponsorship letter to them, waiting for their reply and hopefully to get more sponsors.

This week class, we just had a quick tutorial with Mr Edwin on updating him and the class on what we have updated so far and achieved since last week. For the book group, Zeeleng made a poster for books since we have decided to put up a spot in SLC to put up a poster and also to put the box in, for other students to donate books or stationary. During this class, we talked about the poster, changed some of the information and discussed the poster design with the whole class. Other things we had to do was just for each group to update me and Darren, the project managers, in what each group has done so far. We typed up a word document for each group, stating what they have achieved and what they will do next. We have collected a lot more books from family and friends this week and got more stationery from one of our friends, working in a pharmaceutical company.
