WEEK 7

This week, we had another short presentation, but just infront of our class only, to update Mr Edwin on what we have achieved since last week. For furniture group, we did not really do much since we still waiting for companies to get back to us still and we have gone ahead and talked to IKEA for sponsors but still waiting on their reply. The stationary team had made a tremendous improvement since last week and we have collected a lot more stationaries that was given from churches.

We have decided that the poster, which was originally supposed to be for book donation, to combine with the stationary team so we edited the poster so that the information changed to donating books and stationery together since we only allowed one spot to put the poster in SLC, therefore only having one poster. We have gone and print the poster and Zeeleng has brough in one box from her home to use the box for the donation infront of SLC. Project managers have gone and bought another box for the donation, used by the money that we have collected already.

We have placed the posters on top of the box and have placed the boxes and the poster in SLC already, hopefully getting books and stationary starting next week by other students.

As the project manager, I have made notes on the presentation and wrote down on the things that we need to change or do for the upcoming weeks, our next plan.
