'After Black' and Tinted Glass

For this assignment, we had to make two infographic boards and do a presentation about our two topics. One of the topic I had to do an infographic board on is about tinted glass. I was in the group who was doing research about glass and I decided to do research on a specific glass type which was tinted glass. The other topic I had to do for the second infographic board is about a cafe of our choice and I choose to do a cafe called 'After Black'.

During my research about tinted glass, I actually learnt a lot of information about tinted glass that I did not know about. It definitely improved my knowledge about tinted glass that after this, I now know what are actual benefits about using tinted glass, not just being able to identify tinted glass in the real world. I was mostly interested about the different characteristics it has, more characteristics than I knew before I did this research such as that it actually protects humans from cancer. This was one of the infographic board I had to do.

The second infographic board I made was about a cafe called 'After Black'. I had to go to the cafe shop and take photos of different furnitures, walls and floors and then identify the material that they used after. After identifying the materials used for specific items, I then had to research on benefits of using the material for that object. I enjoyed doing this research because I learnt about more materials and their benefits that gained more of my knowledge about materials and also, I got to enjoy visiting new cafes and eating there while doing work! 

On the day I did my presentation, I was really nervous in the beginning because I do not really like speaking in public but I think after this presentation, it had helped me not be nervous as much as before for next presentations. I also really loved designing the infographic board and I am really proud of my tinted glass one.
